Engineered specifically for soda water and carbonated soft drinks, the DCGF24-24-8 utilizes a mechanical isobaric filling valve structure. The pre-pressurization system balances CO2 pressure before liquid injection, ensuring zero foaming and precise liquid level uniformity (≤ ±2mm). All product-contacting parts are crafted from sanitary SUS316L stainless steel to prevent corrosion and comply with FDA hygiene standards.
The 8-head magnetic constant-torque capping system is designed for standard crown caps (26mm). Magnetic torque control guarantees consistent sealing tight pressure, completely eliminating cap deformation or oxygen leakage while keeping cap damage rates below 0.1%.
To accommodate multi-size glass bottle production runs, the machine features quick-release starwheels, bottle-inlet screws, and adjustable guide rails. Operators can complete a full bottle-size changeover in under 20 minutes without specialized tools, maximizing overall operational efficiency (OEE).
Equipped with a central Siemens PLC and Touchscreen Interface, the machine supports full automated communication across your bottling line:
Upstream Link: Automatically pauses filling when bottle supply from the bottle washer/depalletizer drops below the minimum threshold.
Downstream Link: Adjusts line speed or pauses automatically if downstream labeling or packaging equipment experiences a backup.
Safety Protection: Features no-bottle-no-rinsing, no-bottle-no-filling, and no-bottle-no-capping safety interlocks to prevent product loss and machine jams.
